Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required, no time limit. The free plan is designed to be genuinely useful for stores getting up to 1,000 classified visitors per month. When you scale past that, upgrading is the obvious next step.
What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?
We'll show you a clear usage indicator as you approach your limit. Once you hit it, new visitors won't be classified until the next cycle — but your existing data and dashboard remain fully accessible. We never delete your data without warning.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time and your plan downgrades to Free at the end of your billing cycle.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers the essentials for a growing store: 10,000 visitors, CLV, product attention, Klaviyo full sync, and basic HubSpot contacts. Pro unlocks the full platform — unlimited everything, AI agent, A/B testing, Meta and GA4, full HubSpot (lists, deals, timeline), Slack, and custom webhooks. If you need advertising integrations or want the AI agent acting autonomously in your CRM, that's Pro.
What's included in the 14-day trial?
Full access to whichever tier you're trialling — all features, no usage limits. No credit card required to start. At the end of 14 days you can subscribe or downgrade to Free.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — and it saves 18–20% depending on the tier. Starter: $32/mo ($384/yr). Pro: $65/mo ($780/yr). Agency: $199/mo ($2,388/yr). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
How does the Agency plan work?
One Agency subscription covers up to 10 connected Shopify stores managed from a single dashboard. Each store gets full Pro-level intelligence. Additional stores beyond 10 are $29/mo each (monthly) or $25/mo each (annual). For 20+ stores, contact us for custom pricing. You can generate white-label intelligence reports per store to share with clients.
